II. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MIX POWDER:
=> Powder mixing formula: 5kg agar powder + 800gr JOSS POWDER + 7 liters of water
Step 1: Pour 5kg agar powder into the mixer, Pour 800g JOSS POWDER into the mixer, spread evenly.
Step 2: Close the lid, turn on the power of the mixer to operate.
Step 3: Mix dry powder about 5 minutes, then pour water (When pouring, open about ½ of the lid of the mixer, pour water and sprinkle it evenly)
Step 4: After pouring water, cover it again. Mix wet powder about 10 minutes After mixing, turn off the machine and open the lid to check whether the powder is pureed or not. (When you see that the powder is linked together, so soft and porous, it is successful)
III. CREATING EMBRYOS OF POWDER
- Pour the powder into the funnel => The powder will be extruded.
- The embryos of powder is lenght enough, then cut.
- Press to create embryos until the powder is gone.
IV. INSTRUCTIONS BAMBOOLESS INCENSE MAKING MACHINE:
Step 1: Put the powder in the syringe of the machine, until it is full. After putting the embryos in, press the powder.
Step 2: Turn on the switch for piston to go in. The piston keeps pressing on until the powder is sprayed in the injection mold, let the piston stop. Switch on for piston to retreat.
Step 3: Turn on the switch for the piston to stop and put the powder in the mold to fill the tube in the second time. Turn on the switch for piston to go in, to press in the second time.
Step 4: When the powder is sprayed out of the mold, let the machine to be operated continuously. Let the switch push the piston in, then turn the pressure regulator valve in the same direction as clockwise.
Step 5: The pressed incense will come out of the mold continuously. When you see the pressed powder is full enough with the mesh frame, proceed to turn the pressure down so that the powder is not squeezed out anymore
