CONE PRESSING TOOL

I. EXCELLENT ADVANTAGES:

• The size of mold may be changed according to customer requirements.

II. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MIXING POWDER TO USE CONE PRESSING TOOL:

- Powder mixing ratio: Powder (Main material): 1,000g (1kg) + 70-90g joss powder (Depending on the material, smooth or raw and the quality of joss powder, good or poor.) Then we add water to the mix (the proportion of water depends on the amount of dry or moist materials)

III. HOW TO USE CONE PRESSING TOOL:

To use cone pressing tool, customers  do the process as follows:

• Customers use round billet created from extruder. Place on the mold of cone pressing tool.
• The cone presser (there are 5 buds on the tabletop), we need 5 embryos to put into those 5 holes. (Note: Customers have to place the powder embryo in the middle of the mold)
• We press down on the lever tightly with the hands and then release the hand from the lever.
• Cut the bottom off with a knife.
• Push the spike tip into the center of bottom of the bud.
• Use hand to push up the lever.
• Lift up the pointed tip at the left end with your hands (so that the 5 buds come out of the bottom mold and pull the locating pin latch out at the same time)
• We use our fingers to gently rotate and withdraw buds out (because buds are still wet, we need to be very gentle, not hold tigh leading to dented indented buds).

♦ Attention:

New pressed buds are still attached to thin film on both sides of the pressed edges, but when we dry them, the thin sticky film will automatically fall off, but not 100% clean

Use your hands to clean out or use vibrating sieve.
