HOW TO OPERATE FULL AUTOMATIC CONE INCENSE PRESSING MẠCHINE

There are 5 steps to operate the machine:

   - Step 1: Provide pneumatic source for the machine.

       (The customers should use the pneumatic with a capacity of 2HP (1.5kw) and the air drum with a capacity of over 951 liters which helps the customers can both run and clean the machine without lack of air during the operation)

   - Step 2: Plug in a 1-phase 220v power source to Full automatic cone incense pressing mạchine.

   - Step 3: Put the pre-pressed incense powder into the mold.

   - Step 4: Use two hands to press the operate button. 

(If we do the step 3 and step 4 continuously, the machine will continuously operate too)

   - Step 5: Take the tray containing compressed cone to dry.

Note: After the compressed cone  have created to the products, the edges of the cone will break when they dry or if you want more beautiful cone, you can use a sieve to gently shake, these edges will fall out. If we want to be faster, we can use a sifter.
