PRESSING TOOL FOR DRAGON INCENSE/LONG LASTING INCENSE

GENERAL INTRODUCTION:

  You can make all kinds of long  lasting incense and dragon incense which have been already on the market with the lowest costs. In the past, It's one of the new products that only large incense factories could produce, but now, the product "PRESSING TOOL FOR LONG LASTING INCENSE" is designed and manufactured by Hai Lan company, the small companies can also do it. This product makes high profits but the production is extremely simple. We can do it with only one long lasting incense machine and use a type of machinery which mainly produces small sticks (customers’ already available) or manual pedal machine (customers’ already available).

THE STRUCTURE OF PRESSING TOOL:

External structure: consists of 6 parts:

1.  Stand base (mount to the table).
2. The mold
3. The pillar
4. Pressing head
5. Moving gears bar.
6. Pressing crane: to lift up and down to shape dragon incense or long lasting incense.

​Internal structure:

• The inside surface of the mold is engraved with motifs and patterns to increase the burning time according to the customers order.
• There are two navigation bars for the mold and two fixed pegs so that the mold does not move when we press to shape the incense.
• The mold material is hard Mica, machined by CNC so the accuracy is very high.

Step 1: Put incense sticks into the mold to press.
